“It's Your Turn” distinguishes itself from other foundations, because it isn’t depending from only donors and subsidies. In 2008, the foundation started a collaboration with Hogeschool INHolland. This has created a continuous flow of students within the apprenticeship organisations who can contribute to the objectives of both “It's Your Turn” as Hogeschool INHolland.
Hogeschool INHolland is an institution of higher education that not only transfers knowledge but also fulfil a role in preparing its students for future employment. To know more about Hogeschool INHolland click here.

How does “It's Your Turn” gain its income?
Organisations can outsource their marketing and promotional activities to the foundation. The official cooperation with Hogeschool INHolland in the Netherlands makes sure “It's Your Turn” can offer a range of 33,000 students, 30,000 prospective students, 13,000 new freshmen applications and relevant contacts within the university. In addition, “It's Your Turn” has its own network in which services and products may be offered.

The foundation “It's Your Turn” is certified by ECABO since 2009. ECABO is responsible for the recognition of work placement companies in the Netherlands. With the certification of ECABO, “It's Your Turn” shows it’s willing and capable of educating and training students.
